sign over that was marking the way. The course official made us wait
at the exchange for a little bit as a penalty
Travis is out now and closing on the guy ahead. He has 5 mile run
straight into the wind on hwy 95

The worst part of this was that Nora was ahead of the other guy when we all saw they were off course but the official let his team leave first.
Of course if I hadn't picked up their baton and handed it back to them they might still be out there. That teams first runner looked like he was going to collapse when he finished Leg 1 and had just dropped their baton on the side of the road.
